We took our first trip to New Orleans in 2009 for Jazz Fest and instantly fell in love with the city, the music, the culture, and the food. The next year we tried our hardest to get our friends to join us for Jazz Fest but in the end headed their just the two of us for another great weekend of music, hand grenades, and crawfish Monica! Since we couldn’t get anyone to join us for a vacation we decided what better way to get our friends to join us at one of our favorite places and events than to have our wedding in New Orleans on the first weekend of Jazz Fest! Take that!
After tons of debate we will be holding our wedding in the courtyard of the historic Hermann-Grima House in the French Quarter. We’re extremely excited for our friends and family to join us in a very intimate setting.

If you’re interested in any of the awesome history of this house that still has the oldest wood burning stove in all of New Orleans check it out Here.
Note: Our wedding is outside and we’re not afraid of a little rain. If you’re joining us in New Orleans make sure you’re bring your wellies and we’ll supply the ponchos if mother nature decides to join us at the wedding as well.
